Not Happy with your purchase? Received wrong/damaged or defective product. No Worries!! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Please read the details on how we can best assist you. There are some conditions for our return policy which are as follows:
- If you have received wrong/damaged or defective product then please feel free to return us back within 7 days of delivery.
- Note: Please report to us within 48 hours of delivery of wrong/damaged or defective product through email at firstname.lastname@example.org & our customer care would help to get the refund/replacement of the product if there is a valid reason. If you are not able to inform us within 48hrs then "DecoLoral Decor Me" shall not be held liable for not replacing or exchanging that order.
- The items should not be opened or used i.e. it should be in original packing with all labels and tags on it.
- The actual shipping & handling charges will be deducted and the rest of the product cost will be refunded to the customer.
- The item which has to be returned should be stated on the invoice.
- You must return goods to us complete with all relevant packaging and in original condition at your own cost. To ensure goods reach us safely reliable courier service that has tracking option of the shipment as the replacement can be processed only once the item is received in as is condition.
- The company cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage during return transit./li>
- There are no RETURNS ON SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS
Can I Exchange An Item
We’re sorry, we don’t offer an exchange service. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us for a full refund as per our ‘Returns Policy’ and place a new order for the item(s) you want.
Do I Pay For Returns?
25 AED will be deducted from your refund for returning your goods.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund, after deducting the Package and delivery charges
Any refunds may take up to 3-5 business days provided your case has been approved & your bank information is correct.
For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. For payments made by Cash on delivery, we will ask for your bank details and send you a transfer, which might take 25-30 days, since COD payments are collected by courier companies, and we receive money only after a month therefore, after we receive the COD payment in our bank account, we will refund your payment.
Items not eligible for refund/return
Personalized items that you requested to be designed especially for you.
Products that have been used or damaged by you, or are not in the same condition as you received them.
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear.
Balloons – latex or foil
Fun face wear –teeth, moustaches, beard, fangs, makeup or other costume accessories, where hygiene is a concern
LED items are tested at our end. They might shake in transit, so please change the batteries and they are good to use.
Wigs Personalized items, unless they are incorrect due to manufacturer error.
If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, customer will be entitled to a FULL refund. We will refund the money to the same mode of payment as used during checkout
In case the product is shipped then the customer can return the product, but customer will have to pay shipping and handling fees for the same.
